What Is Included in every RPM Prepaid Plan

• Clean the inside and outside of your computer box
• Check and re seat any internal cables and cards if necessary
• Check the health of CMOS battery, replace if necessary†
• Check the Power Supply voltages, replace if necessary†
• Check the operation of optical drives
• Scan for Viruses, Spyware, Malware and Rootkits, repair if necessary‡
• Scan Registry for orphaned entries, repair if necessary‡
• Defragment the computers primary hard drive

All materials used while servicing are included in the plan cost.
